Dried curry leaves are made from fresh curry leaves. Our bags are made from the most fresh of curry leaves and then tightly sealed in. When dried, curry leaves have a bit more subtle flavor than when it's fresh. It is a must have in almost all Indian dishes.

Dried curry leaves also have a longer shelf life than fresh curry leaves!
