Cinnamon powder has a uniquely sharp taste. In Indian cooking, cinnamon is commonly used in curry powders, garam masala spice mixture and many other fine blends. This spice is also used to flavor meats and vegetables. A pinch of this powder would accent a cup of tea or coffee wonderfully. Cinnamon powder is also great for making cinnamon toast and pastries.
