A: Yes, all transactions on IndianBlend.com are encrypted using 128 bit SSL encryption. Look for the padlock image on the bottom right corner of your web browser during the checkout process.
Q: How is fresh merchandise handled?
A: Because we like to provide the most fresh products for our customers, orders containing naans, chapatis, and fresh made sweets may experience a shorty delay in order to ensure the least amount of time in transit.
Q: What is your shipping policy?
A: We offer FREE FedEx or USPS Ground shipping on orders $80+. Orders under $80 cost $8 for shipping. All Hawaii and Alaska orders, and orders containing PO Box shipping addresses are excluded from the $8 flat-rate shipping policy. An estimated shipping quote from USPS will be emailed to the customer after an order has been submitted. A $2 fee will be applied to all USPS orders. Customer has the option to accept or decline the shipping quote. Orders will be shipped out after shipping payment has been collected. All USPS orders may experience a short delay. Q: Where do you ship?
A: To qualify for shipping promotions, orders must ship within the lower 48 United States. We do ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada upon request. Please call 888-753-4299 to place an order outside of the lower 48 states.
Q: What shipping methods do you offer?
A: We offer shipping via FedEx Ground.
Q: How long after my order is placed will it be shipped?
A: Orders placed before 2pm EST are processed and shipped the same business day. All orders placed after 2pm EST are shipped out the next business day.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: All sales on groceries are considered final due to health purposes. Unless you have received an incorrect order, we do not accept returns.
Q: What brand name product will be shipped?
A: Most of the products we sell have specified brand names; however, it is possible that a different brand will be shipped in certain cases. Upon shipping an order, we reserve the right to ship a different brand name of equal or greater value for any product stated on this site.
Q: Do I need to pay sales tax?
A: For all orders shipped outside the state of Georgia, no sales tax will be applied. All orders shipped within the state of Georgia are subject to a 7% sales tax.
Q: Are all of IndianBlend's products fresh?
A: Yes, all of our products are personally checked before shipment.
